Selection of Genre

 

We as a team went through a lot of decisions when it came to selecting a genre for our project. In the end, we decided upon thriller and murder mystery. The murder mystery genre is a subgenre of the crime genre. The stories typically have an investigation surrounding a crime, for example, a homicide. The stories normally start with a disruption in the equilibrium that is murder and end with the establishment of a new equilibrium which is the mystery being solved.
